Elite Care Management can provide home care services from 4 hours to 24 hours; we are flexible and can meet the individual needs of the patient.
Elite Care Management begins by reviewing your needs through discussions with yourself, family members, and when necessary, with healthcare providers. Our staffing coordinators carefully select the caregiver with the necessary experience and personality that is best suited to the needs of each client. Next, we arrange for the caregiver to visit your home so that you can participate in the selection process. After services begin, our clinical managers and staffing coordinators will continue to implement our system of ongoing personalized contact to insure the best possible care.
Under private duty, Elite Care Management can provide services for as long as the client wishes. Private duty services cannot receive payment from Medicare. Instead these services are reimbursed through private pay, private insurance, long-term care insurance, or workers compensation.
